Policies

SHIPPING:  Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.

RETURN / REFUND:  Items that were damaged during shipping may be returned within 5 days of receipt.  The customer must contact Divinely Designed Accessories to initiate the return process.  Once the damaged item has been received by Divinely Designed Accessories, an exact item as the returned will be sent to the customer.  If the returned item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the originally purchased item will be processed on the original form of payment.

Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags or packaging, were ordered in error, or were broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
